After paying for an item, your purchase history may still show the payment status as pending. The seller may even say that you haven't paid. This may be because the seller hasn’t claimed the payment yet.
Check the payment status in your PayPal account. If the action is listed as unclaimed, contact the seller and ask them to claim their payment. If they can’t, they may need to update the email address registered to their PayPal account.
If you paid with an eCheck, this may be why the seller hasn’t received your payment yet. Typically, it takes 3 to 5 business days for an eCheck to clear.
