If you received an unpaid item notification, please pay for your item now. You'll find it in your purchase history.
If you have questions, or need more time to make a payment, contact the seller to work things out. Sellers open unpaid item cases because they haven't received payment. Opening a case allows them to relist the item and get credit for listing fees.
If you've paid for an item, but it's still showing as unpaid, contact us and provide one of the following:
We can then remove the unpaid item from your account.
