You can take advantage of our shipping discounts when you buy and print labels through eBay. We automatically add tracking details to your shipped items, and you can have your packages picked up by the shipping carrier.

FedEx or USPS shipping labels

You can create and print a label from your sold items. Go to My eBay > Sold, select an item, and then select Print a shipping label. You'll review the order details, select a shipping service, choose a delivery option, print the packing slip, purchase postage, and then print the label.

Tracking details are automatically added to your order so you and the buyer can track the shipment.

UPS shipping labels

If you use UPS, you'll first need to sign up for a free account with the UPS Savings Program for eBay sellers. Then you can enroll in UPS marketplace shipping by linking your eBay account.

After enrolling, you can then create and print a label from your sold items. Go to My eBay > Sold, select an item, and then select Print a shipping label. You'll be sent to UPS to complete your label.

Tracking details are automatically added to your order so you and the buyer can track the shipment.

Reprinting or voiding shipping labels

Go to My eBay > Shipping labels to reprint or void a label.

  • USPS: You have up to 24 hours to reprint a label after you first create it. You have up to 5 days to void it. 
     
  • FedEx: There's no time limit to reprint a label. You don't need to void it since you're only charged if it's used.
     
  • UPS: You have up to 90 days to reprint or void a UPS label. 

The refund for any voided label may take up to 25 days to appear in your PayPal account.
