Here's what we found for "Using your seller dashboard"

The seller dashboard is an important tool for monitoring and optimizing your selling performance. This information can be used to identify opportunities to provide a better experience for your customers.

Your seller level is evaluated on the 20th of each month, and your current level is displayed at the top of your dashboard. You can be in one of three levels: Top Rated, Above Standard, or Below Standard.

Your seller performance is broken down into 4 areas:

  • Transaction defect rate
  • Late shipment rate
  • Cases closed without seller resolution
  • Transactions and sales

You can view this information two ways: based on your current seller level from the last evaluation period, and if we evaluated you today using your current performance to predict results for your next evaluation period.

Select any of these sections in your seller dashboard to get a full report on your:

  • Transaction defect rate
  • Late shipment rate
  • Tracking uploaded on time and validated

From Reports and service tools, you can access detailed Seller Ratings and report buyers if they violated eBay policies.

At the bottom of your seller dashboard, select monthly breakdown to view your selling performance over the past 12 months.

If your performance is below standard, select Find out more at the top of your dashboard to see how you can improve.
