First time asking a question here...

I sold a brand new pair of leggings. The buyer contacted me a couple of days after delivery to say there was a hole. She sent a pic. She asked for a return. I knew I had to accept based on the timeline, so I did.

But do I have to pay her return shipping? The open return says seller does lay return shipping. She selected the reason for return as "arrived damaged," but clearly I did not send out a pair of leggings with a big hole and had inspected the leggings for any indication of weakness. They're more likely to have been snagged by her while she was trying them on for them to get a hole that quickly.

Just trying to save any $ with this transaction. Thanks in advance for your answers!
