There used to be a setting in a listing that allowed a seller to say that the buyer pays return shipping. Is that still an option?
I'm so tired of remorseful buyers who know all they need to do is say the item is not as described or broken, and even though I say I don't offer returns, if I don't accept the return request then eBay steps in and nails me for all the costs including all the eBay and Paypal fees. I want to just say I give up and I will accept returns, but I want the buyer to pay the return shipping cost. Is there a setting to do this?
The seller include wrong information and picture. I wanna return item and refund my money. Seller will pay return shipping cost.
First picture item is my correct item purchase but resieve second different item.
I am an oversea buyer. I have brought an used camera from ebay at $1100, the seller stated that the camera is Excellent. But I found that the lens is defective when arrive. I asked to return the camera but the seller did not agree to pay the return shipping cost. I opened a case in eBay but eBay did help at all but just ask me to return the to the seller for refund. I feel disappointed since I was innocent and has not made any mistake in the transaction. The seller just sold something defective to me.
I do not know what can I do in order to recover the return shipping cost.
