eBay keeps sending me E-mails telling me to update my return address, but there is nothing wrong with the current address it listed.
What should I do?
Accepting returns directly on eBay helps your buyers have a more consistent experience if they have to return an item. Unfortunately, we can't provide your buyers with a return shipping label because we need to know the right address that you want the returns shipped to.
First off, I'm almost positive that I've missed something or done something wrong to cause this. So here it goes...
I have moved recently and updated my ship to/from information in my eBay account. For some reason, my previous address is still showing on my items and my shipping labels.
I changed the address and deleted the old.
I did hit save.
I have gone back and checked and my new address shows as my primary on everything.
So, what did I do wrong or miss? How do I get my account to update and show in my store and on shipping labels?
Thank you for your time and help.
Enjoy your day!
I have a buyer who has paid and now wants to ship to different address. I changed it in the print invoice screen, but noticed that my seller protection indicator disappeared. So ... I sent a note to the buyer to update address in either ebay or paypal OR send me confirmation that he/she will not return the item or open a case against me.
Is this a good strategy? Does changing shipping address void seller protection?
Thanks in advance
