Hello ebay community! I have a question about an item that I sold on Black Friday. I shipped it a few days after the sale and tracked it via ebay. It was updated as "undeliverable as addressed" and according to the tracking information it was scheduled for a re-delivery attempt the following business day. It appears that a re-delivery attempt was never made; however, fortunately I (the seller) received the package back yesterday (December 22). The buyer still wants the product, yet my concern is attempting to send the package back to the same address. The buyer claims that he is authorized to receive mail at the address given and that he receives stuff there frequently. I also considered refunding his money, canceling the purchase, and reselling the the item. Has anyone had to deal with a situation like this before, and if so what did you do? Thank you so much for all of your help...
