Hi, good day for the person that reads this, I'm Javier from Chile.

Short history, I bought an overly cheap item in eBay last sunday, it was a scam, eBay sent me this "We’re writing to let you know that an unauthorized third party may have accessed the seller’s account to list this item. The item has been removed from the site, and the transaction was cancelled.", but when I go to the resolution center to check if I am protected by eBay and select the "I bought an item. I haven't received it yet." option, then select the fake item,  eBay will give me this message "We're sorry there's an issue with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller."

I contacted the seller two days ago, he has not responded yet, and I am pretty sure he will not. What do I do, I just accept I have lost my money?. I am even more confused after checking my PayPal account,  the status of the payment is "pending" and I can't cancel it, I don't understand my current situation, I will have my money back if I wait? I have to send a e-mail to PayPal's resolution center?, help.

This is the e-mail I wanted to send to eBay via costumer service selecting the "Open a Money Back Guarantee case", but I'm not able to do it because I have to put the number of the item in the formulary, and the item has been taken down

Spoiler

Hi, good day for the person that reads this, I'm Javier from Chile.

The last sunday (June 19, around 22 o'clock, Chile's time) I was searching eBay and saw a Intel i7 7700K processor at a veeeeery good price, and I bought three, sadly a few hours later eBay sent me a e-mail telling me it was a scam, well, not exactly that, the correct words are "Hello shirohige_hd, (...) We’re writing to let you know that an unauthorized third party may have accessed the seller’s account to list this item. The item has been removed from the site, and the transaction was cancelled". It was sad news, but after thinking about it, it was obvious that if a item is being sold at a 80% discount something is wrong, but I couldn't think in that way when I was buying it because of the greed.

After checking the e-mail I tried to recover the money via resolution center, but the answer was: "We're sorry there's an issue with this purchase. Unfortunately, PayPal reports that we can't open a case for this item. You can try to work out this problem by contacting the seller."

PayPal won't give me my money, what? Well, I followed the instructions and contacted the seller, it's been two days and nothing. I would like to include the image of something I saw a few moments later after eBay listed down the fraudulent item:

The same item, with the same description, being sold at the same hyper cheap price as the one I bought, and also the user is german too

Link of the account of the person who sold the first processor: http://www.ebay.com/usr/plocin1?ul_noapp=true
Link of the account of the person who sold the second processor after the first was taken down: http://www.ebay.com/usr/aubingblau?ul_noapp=true

My theory is that it was the same german dude scamming people or someone is hacking german accounts, but well, what I think does not matter.

My question is simple, there is any way I can recover my 96 dollars or I just have to accept I lost my money together with almost 20-30 more persons?,

That's all, thanks in advance even if the answer "yes, you have lost your money because you are a greedy person, now move on", because certainty is better than doubt.
