eBay Customer Support has refunded you through PayPal.
We didn't receive valid tracking information from the seller. We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase, and we're issuing you a refund for this case.

I haven't received any refund on my paypal account.  I paid with a credit card, so I prefer that the total refund is made to the credit card account I used in the order.  Please let me know the status of this refund, I am very disapointed with all the problems I have had with this order.
Please, I need an urgent response.
