I bought an used smartphone from ebay. The seller said that the smartphone is clean annd doesn't have any scratch or dent.

However, when it arrived, I found multiple scrathces and a dent that are noticible.


I contacted the seller as soon as I found out the falults and he said that he didn't notice it there.

When I asked him for returning it and opened a return case, he refused to accpet retrun and told me that he will wait for ebay to figure out, claiming that the faults might possiblely made by me.

 

Should I ask ebay to solve the problem or talk with the seller for a few more days?
