A buyer provided the wrong address so the package was deemed "undeliverable" by the USPS. I used Paypal and created the label through ebay so it was clearly her fault for entering her address wrong.  The item has been bouncing around the country and has not made it back to me yet and it has been over 3 weeks. The buyer is now telling me I am an "irresponsible seleer" and demands her money back. I told her I will refund her money when I get the item back from USPS. I have put in 3 claims with USPS but have heard nothing. She says she will report me - does she have a leg to stand on? I'm not refusing the refund but keep telling her SHE caused this mess but she doesn't get it. Help?
