Recently ordered a watch through purchasing as a guest before I made a profile. Paid almost two hundred dollars for a watch, I believe the shipping address was correct but the email was not. It's now been a month when the item was supposed to be here in a few days. I have the receipt of the money being taken out for the item from my bank, but then couldn't find the seller again after the purchase even though I asked them to change the email.
Will i ever ever get my item or my money back?
I just sold a game but the buyer said they put the wrong address. I go to print the shipping label but when I go to change the address it says I won't be eligible for any seller protection policies. So what should I do?
I ordered an item a few months ago that never showed up...I wasn't really sure what to do about it, until i finally realized that I had forgotten to enter my full address (why did it take so long? I could say that I've been busy, but in reality I was just really anxious because its my first buy and I wasn't sure how any of this works). of course, the item has already been shipped (though I'm unsure where it is right now since tracking only tells me its been delivered) so its far too late to warn the seller. I've updated me address now, but is there anyway to update my order or notify the mail service so that my package can be sent to me? Do I have to contact the seller or customer support?
